Somehow the photo above right seems “fundamentally wrong”, ie. the pillar is tilted etc. ;but somehow that makes me like it even more. So… Two wrongs make one right?

A bit of wrong is definitely right! I once saw a series of photos of human faces where one half had been ‘mirrored’ to make them perfectly symmetrical – they looked disturbing. That was two rights making a wrong!
